I like to cook. A few have even said I’m pretty good at it without me paying them. However, I’m a terrible baker. Typically, if a dish involves flour, it’s going to be a challenge for me. When we’ve made pizzas in the past, I have bought pizza dough from Trader Joes. Not this time. I followed Jim Lahey’s No Knead dough recipe. Very easy and very tasty. Don’t sleep on the sauce recipe I use either. Get a can of San Marzano tomatoes. Strain. Pulse in a blender with a few glugs of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Fantastic. Great dipping sauce as well. Wife, daughter and niece approved. Time to tackle some bigger baking tasks.
